I have several issues with the game since the last update. When I’m with friends and we start looking for the game, the menu starts flashing and as if it were in the start menu and not looking for the game, I have to close it to get back. And when I’m playing alone, I play two games and then start doing the same. I can’t update the weapons blueprints, every time I update the game it gives an error with a big code and it closes. This is playing on WIndows 10, completely updated, I’ve tried reinstalling the game and even reinstalled the entire operating system. I want to resolve the situation because I can’t play Modern Warfare Multiplayer properly.
Dedicate to one game instead of trying to bring out several games in to the same platform and burn the only one that players really like and want.
Limitations with Blizzard Support for Activision titles.
In regards to Activision Titles, we only handle the distribution of the game client for Activision. We will assist with anything related to the desktop application and anything with the game client that involves purchasing, activating, downloading/installing and launching. Anything that occurs after you can press the play button is going to be addressed the Activision support portal: Support Options | Activision Support
Now if you are receiving an error outside of the game when attempting to update, that is something we can try to assist with but look over the main threads of ongoing issues. If your code matches one of those current threads post in that thread and follow it for updates as we investigate.
