At the beggining of every match i get like a 2-3 min latency lag… or lag in general. How can i make this stop so my game runs smoothly from match start?

I’m getting the EXACT same thing! SUPER heavy lag at the start of every game. Smooths out after about 1-2 minutes. Been checking with others in every game I’m in and there are always people who are getting the same thing. What the hell is going on. I’m running an Nvidia RTX3080 and drivers are up to date. Shouldn’t be having this problem.
