I downloaded COD: Modern Warfare. When I use the battle.net app on my laptop and click play, it starts to load and then crashes. A friend and me have looked all over for solutions and have tried everything out there they we have found. And still nothing has changed … please help me so I can play and enjoy the game. Thank you in advance.

For Call of Duty: Modern Warfare we currently are only able to offer support for install, patch, Blizzard account, and purchases made through the Blizzard store. For crashing or failure to launch please use Activision Support.
