Since modern warfare 3 release i just cant play the game because when i start it , theres a loading screen thats says call of duty loading eula

Same thing here! I gifted the game to my brother and he can’t play since yesterday because of loading Eula bug. Reinstalled 3 times, switching ssd and still nothing. Come on, Blizzard. Help us!

My game worked fine two days ago - now it won’t load past the loading playerstats screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still nothing.

Yes, this is the same for me, but since Wednesday, just after an update for Warzone / MWII.
I submitted a ticket to Activision, but the issue persists… (No, I did not think they would solve the problem with classical processes, cause the problem comes from their game, not from my pc, other games working perfectly…)
But I hope they’re working on it with a patch arriving soon…

I just fixed the error after trying from the past 24 hours. All I did was ask my friend to copy their config file from /Documents/Call of Duty and paste it here

For me, there are two folders : “Call of Duty” and “Call of Duty Modern Warfare”… so which one ? Maybe there is a conflict ?

yup nothing but problems, eh? that’s why I am not buying MW3, ever. Hear that Activision? I have been buying CoD stuff since the beginning and this is the first time I won’t. You guys need to focus on what the customer wants, not how to maximize shareholder value in the short term .

(I am Kz’s brother) unfortunately I do not know which file was the problem, but after replacing all files it worked just fine. If there’s any way for me to upload those files and send link here lmk

(I’m Kz’s brother) here we only have Call of Duty file, no MW2. We replaced all CoD files with our friends one and it worked

I had the same issue. Right after update game stuck at loading screen LOADIN EULA. I have returned game and I`ll try STEAM instead.

Here is the reason why the game is stuck on “Loading EULA” : because the game is not installed at the root of your hard disk. Just cut the game folder “Call of Duty” from the folder where you have install it, and paste it to the root of the hd. Once Battle.net is launched, do not press the button “Install”, just indicate the new location of the game.
Besides, I have unnecessary erase the folders “Call of Duty” and “Call of Duty Modern Warfare” from “Documents”, so I have to set again all the settings.

I don’t know if you could call it a fix, but if you download the Steam version and link your Activision account with Steam the issue disappears. Worked for me and my friend

Yeah, you are an absolute G my friend. It worked.
But on the other side, it is a little bit sad, that if a customer wants to play with his game, that he purhased, he needs to manually adjust something in his folders to be able to play with it.

You’re welcome. And You’re right, that’s absolutely scandalous, especially since Activision hasn’t been able to solve the problem. (It would have been better not to create the problem at all… :sweat_smile: )

and for these who dosnt know how to make this what happend , paying 99euro . like a mw2 mby 7 months full with bugs :DD refunded and activision bb :slight_smile:
