Hello dear support, I have a big issue.
A long time ago, I guess It has been years ago I had another account on battle.net and my phone number is attached to that email. And the Hotmal is permamently deleted. Now I am trying to attach my phone but I can’t. Can you please help me with this problem?
Yes… but not on the forums. You will need to contact Blizzard Support directly through a ticket and ask them to remove the phone number on the old account and put it on your account. Use this link: https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/1941/ticket, fill-in the required details, provide a detailed description of the issue… and click on “Submit”. If you have something like a bill for that phone… put it in, it could be helpful. If you remember the old e-mail… write it in the Description box.
Record the ticket number… just in case !
Be aware that the ticket response time is very, very long… 6 or 7 days, or even longer, is not unusual. You will need to be patient, there are a lot of tickets waiting to be processed.

Thank you! I hope Blizzard support can change my Phone Number that is attached to the deleted hotmail and swap it over to my primary battle.net that I am using now. Do you think that is possible? I have sent them a ticket aswell.

It should be possible… but there may be other factors I’m not aware of. I’m a player, not Blizzard. Asking for the swap in the ticket is the way to go. Account issues such as this cannot be resolved on the forum, so…
