I did not recieve credit for killing Lord Martinos or Ancient Nightmare in my logs. That includes heroes journey and exploration.

Same issue on my end. I even have the Cathan’s Piety embedded at Horadrim’s
Also had this happen to me. Killed the Ancient, got horadric gem for it, and nothing for the heroes journey.
