Before Overwatch 2 came out it said to convert my PlayStation account to a battlenet account which I did but when I tried to play the game I had nothing and all my progress was wiped. It said I still had to merge my account so I figured everything was fine and I would just have to wait. After waiting 16 hours in a 450,000 person queue, it said my account was ready to convert and that I had to close the game and wait a minute. I did that and when I logged back on my account was not reinstated and now I have to wait even longer in a 670,000 person queue. Is this a common issue or am I the only one who is unable for their account to be converted because of neverending queues?
