seriously why couldn’t this event be extended until midnight tonight? Obviously July 4th is very celebrated and more times than not people will not be always able to do last minute stuff related to the event on that specific day. Not to mention due to storms widely across the US last night multiple thousands of people, including myself, were without power/internet since ~6pm last night, with most people STILL not having internet back, and for those who did have it restored, that didn’t happen until ~8am this morning. It’s super annoying because I still had 3 characters I was wrapping midsummer stuff up on, including a lvl 65 who I rly could’ve used the extra gold quest rewards on, including chunks of exp I was hoping to have propel me closer to 70, thus helping me save on pre70 quest completions, which helps a ton with gold income on a character. That is massive when it is your first main character on a server… And before replying about “oh well you had 2 weeks so sucks to suck” FO with that… as if I can guarantee how much wow ill get to play over to course of a random 2 week event and it just so happens that I did what I could with limited time during the early portions of this event and had my schedule open up around the 4th and PLANNED to have a solid chunk of hours later on the holiday in question and was planning on busting out the remainder of what I wanted to do last night and got totally screwed over.
