So I had an old account that I’m no longer able to access because for some reason Blizzard decides to ignore me when I give them proper information that they ask for to confirm if its my account or not. I made a new account and tried to link my playstation account onto the new blizzard account I made. It says that it worked but whenever I log into Overwatch it says the merge is complete but I need to completely log out the game for it to complete. I have now logged out the game about 7-8 times and its still telling me the same thing. Someone help please because the blizzard employees are impossible to get in contact with.

Did you try totally restarting your Bnet launcher, or even PC? That should kick the Bnet account into synching.
