Hi, I need two merge two Blizzard accounts but nowhere I found how to do it

It depends on what you are trying to do.
Battlenet Accounts are registered in your real name and your login is your email address.
Under a Bnet account you can have multiple game licenses - 8 WoW licenses and 1 of each other game.
If you have a second Battlenet account that has a game license on it that you want to move to another Bnet account you can do that with a paid transfer. There are restrictions of course. For example you can only move licenses between two Bnet accounts in your own name. Blizzard does not allow anyone to log into your Bnet account but you (and one minor child you are the legal guardian of).

Then contact Support to get them to move the license - if you qualify.
If what you want to do is mush together two WoW licenses so you only pay one Sub fee every month, you can’t do that. You can pay to move a characters from one licenses to the other though and then stop playing the secondary license. You would use the Character Transfer paid service to do that.
