I don’t have the spark bar on my screen when doing this quest

I was trying to figure out what the “spark” was that Cho was talking about, it’s just how full the “Meditate” bar is!
As others said, this is what Elvui calls the Alternative Power bar. Use the vehicle bar buttons (left/right) to keep the bar as closed to 50/100.
If you are getting a black screen and unable to complete this, try disabling UI addons like Bartender, Move Any, etc.
This worked for me with no problems.
