Blizzard. If you post Maintenance Notifiation for 7am PDT to 11am PDT. You -keep- it in that timeframe. Stop freaking extending it hour by hour, get it done in the initial timeframe you post. Stop freaking changing the time. Put the game back up

Agreed. Delaying the start time is NOT going to make me want to play the abysmal Retail version of your game. And FYI, skip Cata.
