The solution Shishikyu mentioned is literally like this:
Open Battle Net Launcher
Click on the Wheel top right corner
Enable Offline Mode
Type in Password
Login

i cant even get past the loading screen as soon as the update starts it crashes
if u have auto login, delete the battle.net folder from %appdata% and %localappdata%
Start battle.net Launcher and select continue offline in the settings tab.
when inside the app, press the button “Go Online” or whatever it says and then log in.

Clear your cache / do a fresh install so you aren’t already logged in. Make sure when it starts you get the login-screen window first and then enter in offline mode.
I can get into battlenet without it crashing through the offline mode. I cannot play games though as I have to log into battlenet in order to play. Once I try to go online the app crashes.
That sucks, I could login again from within offline mode. 
Same here, cant do anything… When big launcher appear, crash.
Crashed for me again. Only worked for like 5 mins…
Im having the same Issue, Just logging in and get that error message tryed to reinstall the app but doesnt work. Glad im not the only one tho. could play this morning
Same here also. Just let the launcher update and now, it crashes. tried all the suggested cache clearing and folder deleting… Also reinstalled…
That sucks, still working for me. Hope they come with a better/actual fix soon

Couple hours ago my client was working fine, now 3 seconds after the login screen I get the crash with the ID B1D0C7A9-AEC4-4BA3-ACBA-CFED4A61F84F
Same issues tried everything mentionned above

same…was logged in and after a while noticed the error and could not load the launcher anymore…i have noticed game updates have been wonky last few days when starting the launcher, seemed to always be an update in que even tho all updates were already done. I am online and logged into the game still…it didnt boot mem but sadly if i go offline or log out its RIP
