hey its been a week and nothings changed. Should all of us OG legit players just quit and let the botters have the darn ladder to themselves? us real players who love this game are the ones suffering. long ques, getting kicked, cant join games. Do you just want as all to walk away now after 15+ years? The lack of updates on the situation is more disheartening then the issues we are experiencing itself. i am not angry, only disappointed.

Iāve been playing this game off and on since the day it came out and Iāve never had to sit in a queue to make a game before. What the hell happened lol
A week with no response is rather telling though, I wonāt hold my breath.

(US-East) Queues are back up to 2000 again. Plus connecting sits at āConnecting to fastest serverā for lot longer than normal.
1 hour later update: Now queues are up to 2800, but the āConnecting to fastest serverā delay is gone.
15 hours later update: Queues are again peaking above 3000.
18 hours later update: 4250 queue.
23 hours later update: Still hovering around 4200ās.
48 hours later update: Still hovering around 4200ās, however the wait time has DOUBLED. ~4000 queue used to take around 3m:30s to create a game, now itās taking 6 minutes 50 seconds!

So you implement a āFailed to Joinā bug against a single Toon of mine. Not even CD Key or IP related whatsoever.
What on earth have you done to this game? Pay attention, and make a wise move, because your entire fan base has fire in their eyes.
If this isnāt fixed within another week, Iām done with your crap service.

I somehow doubt they care about one person. D2 isnt their money maker, WoW is. You quitting doesnt mean crapā¦ hell all of D2 could quit and they wouldnt care.
I waited in line for 2500 spots to make a trade game only for a team of 5 bots to come in and do chaos runsā¦ This is crazy.

June 14, 2020. Up to 3900 queue. Nice. Iām about done with this game. Nothing is being done and itās sickening.

Seems like shortly after every time itās āfixedā, the queue climbs higher and higher before they āfixā it again. Putting a band-aid over the gaping wound of the problem which is mass botting isnāt going to last. Fire up Warden and fix it the correct way with a banwave!

Man, I feel like a broken recordā¦ But this is getting insane. 5,000 + Waiting in line, connecting to fastest server, game shuts down, like what is going on. This is wild. Iāve never seen anything this bad lolā¦ this is worse than when Wolcen was released, or when diablo 3 was released. Weāve had maybe 1 day ( collectively ) of " okay " gamingā¦ Is this really how core diablo fans get treated ? because we donāt have WoW numbers, or its a 20 year old game, so weāre irrelevant ? if this was a WoW issue, or anything else, I promise you this would have been rectified ages agoā¦
