Main Thread. Blizzard Agent went to sleep. Attempting to wake it up

Same Problem Here. This is wack

Workaround. Navigate to your appropriate game file installation (Program Files…etc) open the game you want to play directly from the game application, ex. WowClassic.exe or Wow.exe (for retail) and login directly to the game and bypass the battlenet launcher.

change the date on your pc manually to 3/11/2020. worked for me. currently playing modern warfare thanks! may take a few times of closing battle app and back in but it finally worked

Use this video, worked for me. (U can also delete Blizzard Entertainment folder)

You do not have to delete anything guys. you don’t have to change. #1 on windows just change date #2 turn off auto time adjust. #3 let battlenet launch. #4don’t hit play. #5 restart computer. #6 relaunch Battlenet. #7 have fun

Take the space out of link and you can see my game has launched following these steps.

Yes, this works for Overwatch too. Thanks!

Okay So here is how you can play Modern Warfare.

Follow these steps:

1: close all blizzard software in taskmanager
2: delete folder “Agent” in C:\ProgramData\Battle.net
3: Delete folder “Cache” in C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net
4. Restart your computer and start blizzard and play the game!

You welcome

Same here can’t
do anything except games.

thx so much u help me so i didint get bored

Its not your computers its the servers, they will hopefully be on shortly

I had this error recently. I checked my firewall settings and ensured StarCraft II and Battle.Net was allowed on all networks.

I tried using a VPN to change my location, but when I did that, Blizzard Launcher wouldn’t launch.

I rebooted while the Battle.Net app was stuck loading, and after the reboot it came up fine. Not sure if it was something I did or if Blizzard servers fixed something on their end. It’s working now.

dont worry guys its back up and running we can all play our games again lol

you can still play overwatch dude. it doesnt need the launcher if your game is already up to date. Go into retail folder in overwatch directory and start the game there, then just login with your credentials.

I had the same problem, fixed it by deleting the Battlenet folders in the C://ProgramData folder, this is NOT the Program Files. The program data folder may be hidden. If so, click on view inside the c drive and show all hidden folders.
