Skins won’t work that Ive purchased. also co-op I have purchased keeps crashing. I read it may have something to do with the fact my computer is 64 bit. Need some help

Do you get any error trying to use the skins, or do you equip them and they just won’t apply to characters? Does this happen in every game mode or only cooperative?
For the crashing, there is a known issue for Mac users with Radeon graphics. More info here.
Alternatively, if this device does not use Radeon, please let us know what error code you get when the crash happens. If you’re not sure how to check what graphics the device uses proceed here.
