While running mirrored gems event i used 9 eternal and 1 bound crest, when boss spawned in rift game stated “error on teleporting” screen went Black and got send Back to westmarch on restart. Used crests did not return in mail or any other way.
Same thing just happened to me. Did you get your crests back?
