I have been having an issue logging into the mobile application. When this usually happens I just have to reset the login. Since Friday or Saturday (Sept 7 or 8) the login has been looping.
If you start a fresh login, all is normal until you get to the character selection screen. Once you select a character (any one) it shows connecting and then pops you back to the login screen (Login, Account Selection, and country dropdown).
I have tried the following without any positive results:
- clicking the login button (used to just resend the saved credentials)
- logging out completely and re-logging in
- deleting the mobile app and re-installing
Anyone have any ideas? I used to use the mobile app 3 or 4 times a day.
