Is there log in issues again? When I log in it says it is retrieving servers. The system does not find my server or toons. If I search the list the server is there, but not my toons count. I load that server and it lists my toons. When I go to log in to that character it says character does not exist. Then I run the circles. Is this a known issue or just a me issue?

My sister is having the same issue. Forever to log in and find server, then wait a thousand years for it to say char not found. We did the on/off with the launcher, even did the scan and repair, but the problem persists.

I’m having the same issue on Earthen Ring. I try to log in on my PC. It’s VERY slow. I get to the realm page and it’s all blank of characters so I have to select my realm from the list. Then it gets even slower, but eventually all my toons show up, but I tried clicking on at least 3 of them to load, and I get a message “Character Not Found” with an OKAY button. No, Blizz, I’ve been playing since vanilla and this is definitely not OK. I’m trying to download the latest patch with my Mac now just to see if I can get in. But I’m dead in the water on my gaming PC now.
I was able to login on my Mac.
