Not only is a 20 question verification with a requirement of 20/20 or fail abhorrently absurd, as you can see above, it is literally impossible to complete as the right answer is not selectable.
I thought Hirez was bad, but this is genuinely the worst thing I’ve ever seen when it comes to customer service.

Update: I’ve failed it 6 times due to the right answer not existing. I’ve Completed it twice, the first time it took me back to the login screen, the second time nothing happened. I’ve now given up and am off to leave a negative steam review.
