I keep getting the BLZBNTBNA00000006 (11) error code. I have restarted the launcher and my PC several times and still isn’t working. I even tried to uninstall and re-install it, but it won’t let me because “It’s having trouble connecting to server”. please help.

same as me cannot do anything 
At these days i keep getting the same error in the launcher over and over again… I’m really disappointed to this, I’ve been playing almost two years and I’ve never had this error so constant, in the end I had to try Overwatch 2 on a Ps4 that was collecting dust, the game is great but It doesn’t suit me at all to play it on Ps4
