Launcher displays a completely blank white screen

When I launch the battle.net app I have to hover over the icon in the task bar and click maximize to even open the app and than it just gives me a blank white screen.

Hey y’all,

Can you try reinstalling Blizzard app?

  1. Uninstall the Blizzard app

  2. Next press Windows Key + R and enter the following locations and delete any Battlenet and Blizzard folders in each location:
    • %LOCALAPPDATA%
    • %APPDATA%
    • %TEMP%
    • %PROGRAMDATA%

  3. Finally go ahead and reinstall the app from here. Make sure you run as Admin.

I did try that, but i does not help. It freezes again after I click a couple of times. I tried unclechking the acceleterate browser by hardware off. But it did not help. What to do?

Can you provide your DxDiag?

  1. Press Windows Key + R.

  2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.

  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.

  4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save

  5. Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “code” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
