I have the same issue, i made my account a while back and havent logged in after i stopped playing overwatch, but when i tried to log in to my account all my games and friends where gone and i dont know what to do. but i still know my old account name (krazis#2442).

I moved your post to a new thread as this doesn’t seem related to the one it was attached to. I took a peek around and think there was an issue with your original account. Please do reach out with a ticket where we can check deeper into this and hopefully reunite you with your original Overwatch account.
Make sure to mention if the account is using the same email as this Battle.net account since it’s possible a compromise occurred and the old account uses a different email now.
