Kicks me out of comp games before i even get in the game

I was in queue for a competitive game and it didn’t put me in the game it just kicked me out of the main menu, so when I logged back in it said I was banned for the rest of the season. This also happened earlier that day and I had to wait a penalty of 7 hours. Please fix this issue I want to be able to play comp without it kicking me out of overwatch then banning me. Username is Heidi #11449. Please unban me.
