Kick/download/random and remove PLEASE!

The MUST HAVE changes in this game to make the multiplayer experience enjoyable.

-ability to kick someone in pre-grame lobby chat
-ability to automatically download a map when joining a game
-random starting positions, not always fixed
-remove player’s name from alliance menu when he leaves the game

Or just grey out their name so we know they left the game but still can see who was that color.

They also need to make it so we can choose our color, I believe back in the day that was an option.
