Keeps disconnecting from launcher

Hello, for some reason, when I tried to start the launcher and attempt to log in, it keeps saying, “You have been disconnected. (WOW51900328).” I attempted to follow all the necessary steps that I found in the forums that helped others in the past, but to no avail; I still can’t log in. I tried visiting the support page, but it didn’t seem to load at all. When I tried to troubleshoot it in network diagnostics, it said, “Your computer appears to be configured correctly, but the device or resource (support.blizzard .com) is not responding.” It’s a great inconvenience to have to deal with this.

Do you use a VPN? Also check for multiple battle.net folders with older dates on your C:/programfiles. The older files maybe causing the problem.

I am having the same problem. Continual disconnections from WoW, and actually it causes my PC to lose its internet connection temporarily, with fault 51900319. I do not have a VPN active and do have multiple folders in the battlenet folder. One called battle.net.15146 and one called Battle.net.15162. My son is sat next to me playing without an issue. Nothing in any of the folders is old.
