I've been locked out of my Battle.net

I can’t log into Battle.net because I no longer have the phone with the authenticator (I last had to use it years and years ago, I forgot I even had it). Also the phone number on my account is not current either, so I can’t get through the security check as they’re the only two options. I’ve made a ticket but had no response.

It is slightly baffling to me though why the two options in the security check, for most people, will be on one device. So you’re screwed if you lose your phone for example, it’s not ideal. Why can’t I use my email like all other companies?

Anyway does anyone have a solution? other than making a ticket. It’s pretty frustrating.

Ticket is the only way to resolve this. Wait times are insane right now and are close to 2 weeks. That is probably why you have no response yet. If you got a ticket number then it is in queue and you should keep it open.
