It says that i have to BUY AGAIN BO6

I have a problem, on 01/09/2024 I Redeem a Code for Call Of Duty Black Ops 6. I played the game while it was in Beta after that i reinstalled the game because of crashes and now that it’s finally out, I can’t play?
I tried everything that support recommended and what I found on the forum, but I still didn’t find a solution!

  1. Restart computer and Router
  2. Check Firewall
  3. Disable Background Applications
  4. Flush DNS cache and reset network configuration
  5. Reinstall the Battle.net App
  6. Reinstall the game
    … I can’t untick “options/modify install” BO6 to start the installation and when I open the game it asks me to buy it again. I’m sure that the hardware as well as my internet and router do not affect the installation.

I found the CODE that I used to download Black Ops 6 when it was Beta, I played the game obviously and after I reinstalled it no longer exists on the account but asks me to buy it again. This is unacceptable, I finally got around to playing and now I can’t because of a bug. I have been looking for similar cases on the forum for hours, but without success. My problem remains unsolved?

Me too have you solved the issue I’m trying to solve it but I can’t please help

Contact Activision immediately, emails back and forth have wasted me 3 days. All other messages are more or less automatic (+ give them proof of the order )
