Issue with connecting to Blizzard services

Hello. For some time I have problem with a function “scan and repair” in Blizzard app. I want to run this due to random crashes in Diablo 4, the error itself suggests me running this function. I’m getting the following error code always at 14%: “BLZBNTAGT00001389”.
I have no issues with installing new games tho.

I have tried the following steps:

  • Reinstalling the app.
  • Clearing all the remaining data and all cache, temp files.
  • Addind exceptions to Firewall for Blizzard and Agent.
  • Turning off router and pc for few minutes.
  • Restoring default router settings.
  • Changing DNS
  • Scanning PC and network with different commands in CMD
  • Running the following commands in cmd:
    “netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns”
  • Launching app with admin rights.
  • Checking the ‘hosts’ file
  • Checking all the updates I could possibly have on my PC.

This issue is really annoying, I don’t want to reinstall the whole game everytime I get an error. Is there anything else I could do to fix this?

FYI: I don’t know if that matters, but I’m in the EU, just couldn’t find right forum on EU.

Issue still exists. Bump.

If there aren’t any players who have anything to contribute, there may not be any replies.

They literally told me in the ticket, that they don’t know and I should ask the forum.
