Issue with Battlenet BLZBNTAGT00001389

Hi there,

I’m having a persistent issue with having to reinstall battle net every single time I wish to play Diablo 4 through game pass. Scan and repairing does not work, nor does the original thread about BLZBNTAGT00001389 help at all, since I’ve pursued every avenue recommended there. It also seems that every time I restart my computer, battle constantly asks permission to make changes to my computer. What is going on here? And how do I fix it?

If you are using software that syncs files, you may have a permissions issue on the directory. Try using the beta version of Bnet, since it performs a fresh install.
