Hey there , dunno where to start this,
let me explain issue number 1 :
few month ago when i return back to wow i had to remove my number from the site because i didnt have access to it any more , i wanted to add new number but i got this error : plz enter a post-paid number or something like that , so i tried several numbers , we have 1 major phone provider here and i was testing just different numbers from that provider just to see if its the number problem , i tried my dad number which he has it for over 20 years paying its bills every month ,again plz enter a post-paid number , i made several tickets but as many may face this i got many not 100% matching to the issue instruction from blizzard support and i followed those steps i could and it didnt help and the last responses from support was we cant help u with that , so i just left it ; few days ago i felt i really need that phone number cuz i wanted to create my own raid and i just cant change the title of it say which boss are we at . or make the keystone of my friend looking for people while he needs a break , anyway so i started to add number , same issue , contacting customer support again , and here where i was getting same we cant help u stuff i was thinking , i have this issue , this issue is bothering me and this big company cant help me with it? are they trying to ignore me cuz they dont care ? they have millions other players or just why , why they dont help me? why theyr support dosnt have access so they can help me with my issue , or any thing i dont know and i dont wanna know all i know is i have an issue with their website and they just dont fixing it they dont even try im just getting we cant help u with that if its on our side thing u go call ur provider idk call ur ministration , it has to be something on ur side , we cant help , its not from us etc etc … which lead me to
issue number 2 :
i asked customer support a gate way i can talk through and complain about they way they giving support , so they said i have to post it on forums
so here we go , hope some one can support here .

Shafir, regarding the matter that today brings you to our Customer Support, We understand that you cannot set your phone number to your BattleNet account, however we cannot assist you directly with your request but we might provide you with assistance to resolve the issue by following those Three steps.
-Make sure you enter the number correctly.
-Make sure the country registered on your Battle.net account is correct and the phone number you’re trying to use matches your country. If you have moved countries, update your registered country and try again.
-Make sure your number was not previously used on a VOIP plan (Voice Over Internet Protocol).
If you are unsure if your number is a VOIP number, contact your provider for more information, as we Blizzard Customer Support is unable to manually insert a phone number from our side…

i have an issue as a player of world of craft , im contacting blizzard support for my issue and they just say they cant help me (which dosnt just remove my issue) , i mean there is no way that the support section of this big company finds or try a way to help me with , so im thinking maybe its the higher department that shines the way for support guys and set them rules and etc… , so for that who can i contact with or where should i refer to?

we have 2 service providers in iran and im using the most populated one
like 80% of iranians using this provider and my friends are fine with receiving sms’s
i also had a number from same provider on my account i just removed it to change it cuz i didnt had access to that number anymore few month ago
and then i couldnt add a new number
i tried several numbers from even other service providers just too see if its the number
- u didnt answer my previous ticket
if i want to complain to some one about the way blizzard support works who or where can u refer me to?
