I wanted to purchase some COD points but entered the wrong age when making an account. I have contacted customer support and i am yet to revive a response. PLS HELP
For the Blizzard account itself, you would need to wait on the Support ticket. Please be sure to include the actual date of birth in your ticket request, or they will have to ask you for it (can’t update it to something we don’t know!)
For the website’s purchase page, you can also try using a different web browser such as firefox, chrome, microsoft edge, or other similar browser.
