Trying to get a refund on call of duty modern warfare III and apparently cant do it because I have over 2 hours bought the game yesterday I probably have hours ranging from 5 to 6 the reason why I want to refund the game is because I played 6 games of multiplayer and the past 2 games I was in was filled with hackers and was told that I was put in shadow lobbies because people can just mass report players on here and it will add you to shadow lobbies which I don’t want to deal with it tried doing the web ticket and got the most basic bot answer back and wish to see if I can get to talk to a real person a friend of mine who bought and played the same amount I have got a refund but I was denied
