I need to know if the ryzen 5 3600 is a good processor to play WoW
Can I play in high quality with more than 60 fps?

Hello friend, I have a Ryzen 2600 and use it for wow and it works great, but there are a few more things to keep in mind than just the CPU. Ryzen CPUs scale very well with higher speed RAM, so go as high as you can afford (I.E 2400hz is going to be worse than 3000hz or higher) with the max cost-effective range being 3400-3600hz speed memory.
World of Warcraft is a very CPU dependent game, that said it is rather easy to run, if you want more bang for WoW specifically you might consider finding the 3600x, as the ‘x’ variant runs at an already higher CPU speed for no overclocking efforts on your part.
Another big factor depends on what resolution monitor WoW will be running on. If you currently have, or have plans or means to upgrade to a 1440p or even 4k monitor the CPU will become less of a performance hit (or ‘bottleneck’) in all games other than just wow.
