I’d like to know if my CD key is banned or not, and if it is, why?
I’ve been going back and forth with blizzard support for 3 hours now, no dice.
When I try to connect to any server, it hangs at “checking versions”.

There are no longer any Blizzard Forum Support Agents; they were fired or re-assigned to other duties shortly after Microsoft acquired Blizzard and Activision more than a year ago. The people who reply on the forums now are players.
That message could indicate that your game is under a temporary restriction… or it could be something totally different.
