I recently bought the new Call of Duty Cold War, and upon launching it had massive frame stutters and incredibly low FPS due to a less than par CPU. Setting the game as high priority managed to instantly solve all of my problems, but I’m now starting to see how constantly switching it to high priority every time I open the game could get annoying. I’m reluctant to download software because I would like to have practically no background operations to damper CPU usage since this whole high priority thing is basically what runs the game. But if no one can give a solution I’ll probably just end up using one, anyways thank you for your time!
