iPhone mobile battle.net app isn't loading

Hey. The battlenet app on my phone (iPhone 13, iOS 17.6.1) isn’t working properly. The authenticator does work, so I have no problem logging in with in, but the app doesn’t load any of my chats or friends, doesn’t load the shop, etc… I’ve been having these troubles for a few weeks now, where they seemed to get worse overtime: first it started with slow loads, now it doesn’t load at all. Once it’s done trying to load, the screen shows “NOT CONNECTED - We couldn’t connect you to Battle.net. While you are offline, friends & chat will be unavailable. - RETRY (button), LEARN MORE (button)”

I’ve tried:

  • Reinstalling the app several times
  • Updating the app
  • Updating my phone
  • Switching networks
  • Closing all the other apps

How can I resolve this issue?

Same issue for me. Did you find a fix?

Experiencing the same thing. It’s been 3 days for me now. I tried clearing safari cache too like another support article suggested but no effect. I have two bnet accounts, only one is facing this problem with failed logins, but the other one is just fine. Frustrating.

iPhone 12, having the same issue. Tried Updating the app and Reinstalling the app, but still not working.

have anyone found a solution yet? ticket is not helping. I have tried:

reinstalling the app
restarting my phone
changing my acc password
using data
different wifi

I understand that you are facing some issues with your Battle.Net app, I know how disheartening could be when things do not go as planned. After a deep investigation on this matter I found recent reports on our forum regarding the same situation you are contacting us, we are still investigatin, but in the meantime I strongly suggest to follow the troublshooting again and post a report in our forums for our developers: [link to this thread]

Here’s what I did to troubleshoot:

  • reset my password as suggested;
  • reinstalled the app;
  • re-logged in;
  • turned on and off iOS Private Relay;
  • tried VPNs, different mobile networks;
  • installed the Battle.Net app on my secondary iOS device.

Nothing helps. After couple of minutes of trying to connect the error message pops up Not Connected.

So it’s either my account or iOS app v.1.27.1 (7670)
