Hi there a few bits of feedback that are quite frustrating behaviour for the battlenet app and website
- When connecting to a VPN the battlnet app logs out and back in. I’ve setup an authenticator for 2FA this IP address change feature isn’t additional security it’s a constant inconvenience can this not be removed for accounts secured by 2FA
- Website doesn’t seem to log the language selection based on the account profile instead using the IP address - I set my language preferences to English but am based in HK/SG region. Whenever I navigate around the website I always end up on Chinese text which isn’t useful to me can this language selection profile not be set on the account level and then permenantly applied to any future text displayed.
