Not even sure what you are talking about, but you are probably in the wrong forum category. This one is for web APIs and 3rd party apps.
If you are experiencing problems with Battle.net mobile authenticator you might wanna try the Battle.net Mobile Feedback or Battle.net Mobile Bug Report.
