I am trying to install battlenet and it is stuck at “updating battlenet.” I tried reinstalling windows and reinstalling Blizzard but my efforts were futile. Can you provide me with an alternative?

I’ve also, Since shadowlands release date, been trying to update my WoW to play it and it keeps coming up with error. Havent had any help from blizz and put in multiple tickets for the one issues but they dont seem to care. Its not my internet as I can download literally any other game so its something going on with blizz.
