What game are you having an issue with ?
Each game has its own forums… the forum here is for the Battle.Net Desktop App (aka, the “Launcher”).
If you click on the “Games” button at the top of the screen, you will get a panel with all the Blizzard games… you can then click on “Forums” or “Community / Forums” to get to the forums for your game.
