Hello its seems when u have aspect of the hawk on and now the heart of the lion on as well , then improved aspect of the hawk doesnt proc… when i put on master marskman rune instead of heart of the lion rune it starts proc normaly. I might not be the first one to notice but i wanted to let you uys know this issue …thank you very much

This was definitely the case at the time and I tested it then sent a bug report.
Another Hunter has told me it’s now fixed so I am going to re-test tonight 
Tested: works now! At first it seemed broken again but after a few mins I got a Proc while Lion was on!
have not tested but keep me posted
