Problem: Diablo Immortal shop reports Error code 0. Problem persisted for over a week.
Attempted fix:
- Clear cache - no
- Repair client - no
- clear cache, delete data, restart device - no
- clear cache, delete date, uninstall game, restart device, reinstall game - yes, shop worked for 2 days.
- new battle pass season starts and shop is broken again. Tried previous fix - no, still broken.
Update: cleared cache - yes, shop is working, for now. I have no idea if clearing the cache had an effect
