After trying all support solutions, I still can’t add my phone number, so I can’t set up an authenticator or change settings that request the access code sent via SMS.

same i cant even play cod or overwatch
Same here… my friends too. 2 days now and we can’t play a game that we paid 70€ (mw3)
of course when you contact support they think its our fault and don’t check whats wrong on their side with the server/sms delivers… we’ll wait 1 more day and then just refund since we can’t play a game that we paid
I have been having the same issue for 2 weeks now. Battlenet sms verification never received. I asked around seems like the problem is in the whole of my country and other countries. Battlenet needs to fix this issue asap i have spent alot on this account and need to get it right. Been playing for 2 years and unable to verify now.

I am also unable to verify my self via sms, as code never comes, talked and checked everything on my side and service provider side but issue looks like from battle.net. please resolve it soon
