I’m disappointed that I haven’t remastered the BattleNet edition, but if you’ve remastered the original, I recommend improving the multiplay as well or remastered the BattleNet edition and re-deploying it.
A few improvements to multiplayer can reduce users’ resentment a lot. I suggest the following improvements.
This isn’t really hard. I bought a Warcraft 2 remaster and it will continue to sell in the future, so I need improvement.
- Anyway, if you’re using a BattleNet server, please make one continental chat room in the multiplayer lobby. Asia Europe North America and so on.
2.After creating a multiplayer game, participating players should be able to preview the maps they selected before the game begins, like StarCraft. Room owners should be able to open and close participating players in the slot. Room owners should be able to freely move participating players from slot 1 to slot 8. Room owners should be able to control the team settings of participating players.
- Currently, the starting position is randomly determined only within the number of players participating. In the case of Garden of War, if there are two players, it is randomly determined only between the starting positions 1 and 2. Regardless of the number of players participating, it should be randomly determined from the starting positions 1 to 8. Currently, this is not applied, so 1vs1 is always played only in the 1st and 2nd positions.
Others - The right shift key is currently not working. You need a replay save/replay load function that can be analyzed after the game is over. You need to add an observer function that allows you to watch the game without having to play it. When you create the game, you must enter the name and password of the game. When you create the game and use the custom map you created, if the player does not have a custom map, you must send it to an automatic download, such as Starcraft. Once the game starts, you should be able to use the Alliance button to easily check the name and color of the players who participated in the game, such as the BattleNet edition. The default game speed is currently 8, but even beginners and masters are having trouble adjusting. The game speed should be 7 as standard.
With just a few improvements to multiplayer features, this game can make more sales. You can promote the people around you to buy this game as well. If you’ve remastered this game, I hope you don’t stop here and improve your multiplayer to get a good response from a lot of people.
A nation that’s always serious about multiplay. A Korean gamer delivers improvements to Blizzard.
Other gamers, please comment on my comments.
