I'm cannot connect EU servers

i can’t login battle.net EU servers (but login US server)
operation steps

  1. agent open
  2. launch SC2 (x32 or x64 same issue)
  3. game opened but still authentication screen
  4. a few second later “connection to blizzard services” screen
  5. i’m click cancel
  6. change region EU
  7. enter mail adress and password and click and still authentication screen
  8. but i’m login US servers
  9. battle.net reinstalled
  10. SC2 repaired
  11. i’m play game 2 hour ago
  12. i’m watch process monitor(sysinternals) blizzard bowser.exe and agent.exe network process all process SUCCESS no any FAIL or another result
