I'm am to having the same exact problem and I have frontier it seems to be a connection issue between blizz and frontier

Experiencing the same problems and I also have Frontier. Most definitely an ISP issue.

Closing this thread. The previous thread that was linked is still open so there isn’t a need for a continuation thread. From what it looks like, the issue has cleared up over there. If you’re still having problems though, please post in that thread.
