Hi, in the beginning of the game i got a Legendary how give me Ice Shards Pierce 9 Times dealing 10% les damage etc etc… this was a bugged legendary? bcouse now i see the limit are 4 times pierce.
Never got one item like that again and put imprinted in a random equip bcouse i tought was normal.
