Just go google, and write battlenet download. And after original battlenet page, u can see under page, change language chinese or something. But i dont think that will help :slight_smile:

Oh, now it finished, opened “Installation”, but that one doesn’t even start so far :confused:

https://www.battlenet.com.cn/account/download/ guys it worked for me. i installed chinese version battlenet. Dont close quickly, its working, im installing battlenet now. with chinese language.

Guys you need to wait for a minute or to for the agent to fetch the files from the chinese server. It’s expected to take a while. File transfer from/to China is a little on the slower end there ;).

I’ll tell you my way to do so. I did also have a problem with stuck on agent update. I did download CN version of battle.net installer. Do the following:

  • download CN version here: https://www.battlenet.com.cn/account/download/ last one
  • wait for agent update
  • when prompt to install launcher (Chinese signs with 430 MB written in English), close that app
  • launch EU / US installer (you probably have your language set or you can pick one)
  • all work now with your language set, even launcher installation.

Why is that? CN agent updater downloads all files that are needed to work. With these files, EU / US agent updater can work also. Have a nice game;)

Unable to patch via the battle.net app here as well. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, fully expecting it to resolve the issue and it didn’t. I am losing game days because of this issue. I have few to play and paid a 90 day sub, with household things going on, I’d like to log in when I have a short window of time to play or you guys can start refunding me the day to day amount I’m due for not being able to play…or add it to the end of the game time. A fix would be most appreciated.
