StarCraft Remastered, Hearthstone, StarCraft II, Heroes of the Storm, any game I launch the game from Battle-net client to Battle-net clinet shows “BLZBNTBGS0000003C” message – (imgur_com/a/iy2024n)
I can ignore this message and continue playing game anyway. but It’s weird.
(Edit: battle-net client enviornment is regular latest version Windows 10, and I’ve launch Hearthstone from Mobile client sometime, It may curse for this issue?)
Same with diablo immortal and when I reconnect battlenet my diablo will log out then if I play again diablo immortal my battlenet will log out
I’m having the same problem with all my games.
I have updated my password and done all the recommended malware scans. I have an authenticator, and it has not pinged me even once.
I notice when I log into the Bnet app and do nothing, everything is fine. As soon as I log into a game like WoW or Hearthstone, my Bnet app tells me someone has logged into my account elsewhere, but my game is fine. If I click “Reconnect” on the Bnet app, I then get kicked out of the game, as it tells me someone has logged into my account elsewhere.
I have tried to change my VPN and disable VPN entirely.
Exact error message:
“Your Battle.net account has logged in somewhere else. If this comes as a surprise, you should change your password and check your security settings.”
+1 to having this problem as of today.
+1 same just play diablo 2 re to having this issue of today.
I have been having the same problem since this morning, i can’t play properly since it keeps on disconnecting me from the game and from the battle.net app.
I have this problem as well since yesterday evening (EU based) . After pressing the blue Play button in the battenet client and character screen appearing in WoW BCC my Battlenet client is logged off with the notification that i’ve been logged in somewhere else. Reconnecting the battlenet client makes my WoW session disconnect. I cannot play both my WoW accounts at the same time since logging on one client makes everything else disconnect. This also happens when filling in the game credentials in the “legacy” login screen.
Same problem here (mac, eu, hearthstone). Already changed my password just in case.
I have this problem too . When I enter the WoW tbc classic game, the Battle.net application goes offline and gives the error BLZBNTBGS0000003C.
I have this problem since this morning
i got the same issue here , and i only can open one wow … when i open the second one it disconect the first one …
Nice to know it’s not just been me. Was starting to get a little worried (even though all log-ins on the security tab were me). Guess it’s a typical blizzard issue!
Same here. Glad to know I am not the only one facing this problem. Have been reported through different channel but none replied. Hope there will be some offical notice or reply soon. 
got the first issue of this before the downtime last night and today it’s the same. And I also changed pw the first time I got it. Seems like it might be battlenet and starcraft not realizing they are running on the same machine
I am having the same problem since yesterday, EU based. Happens in all installed games.
Same problem since today. Logging into WoW classic or hearthstone kicks you of of the battlenet app with the ‘your battlenet account has been logged in somewhere else’ and then pressing ‘Reconnect’ in battlenet app kicks you out of WoW again.
Tried dns flush, and manually logging into WoW but didnt matter it keeps happening

We have received similar reports and we are investigating this situation. In the mean, let’s try logging into the same Blizzard app region of the game region you are trying to play.
If that doesn’t help, try a clean reinstall of the Blizzard app by following these steps.
i have the same problem. cant log in to more than 1 games or apps from battlenent . even mobile app forces dc as well . i have 2 wow accounts and cant have both online at the same time. this issue came froms server . i tried to log in on other devices which dont have the mentioned issue with other accounts but as soon as it i login to my account it happens .so im kind of sure its from servers . so dont put effort to try fix this by changing your pc settings
Just finished the clean reinstall as outlined above, problem persists.
However, I can enter games in other regions without being kicked from App, but in Hearthstone cant play due to ‘away’ status…
Same issue for me.
It started yesterday (2022/07/20) around 22:00 CEST (was working fine on 2022/07/19).
Tried the clean up and reinstall as suggested above: no effect
I’m either connected to Battle.net client or to the game, not both.
Note that when I connect to Blizzard website, I’m not kicked off of Battle.net.
